Please note: The registration prices reflect the cost of the seminar and 2024 Coding Resource bundle inclusively.
Registration Deadline
The last day to register for the meeting is December 8, 2023. If you register after November 20, 2023, ASTRO cannot guarantee you will receive the printed copy of the Coding Resource prior to the Seminar. However, you will receive access to the eBook prior to the Seminar regardless of purchase date. No same-day registrations will be accepted the day of the meeting. The last day to cancel with a $100 cancellation fee is November 13, 2023. Registrations received after this date will not be eligible for a refund.
Registration Confirmation
Upon completing registration online, individuals should receive an instant email confirmation and receipt.
Cancellation Policy
- Refunds will be given only if written notification is received on or before November 13, 2023.
- All refunds are subject to a $100 processing fee.
- Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Please email cancellations to our Meetings Department.
- No refunds will be given for requests received after November 13, 2023.
- Registration fees are not transferable.
- Registration refunds will be processed 30 days after the conclusion of the meeting.
