2026 SCAROP Annual Meeting

The SCAROP Annual Meeting will be held in person on Friday, April 24, 2026, at ASTRO's office in Arlington, Virginia. The meeting will commence with a roundtable starting at 10:00 a.m. and will conclude at 5:00 p.m. Eastern time. View the 2026 SCAROP Annual Meeting schedule of events.

Registration Information

Registration Fee

The fee to attend the SCAROP Annual Meeting is $175.

Guest Policy

Only SCAROP members are invited to the SCAROP meeting. A SCAROP member may register one guest from his or her institution to attend either in place of the SCAROP member or in addition to the SCAROP member. If you wish to bring a guest or have a guest go in place of you, please complete the Guest Registration Form.

Cancellation Policy

• Refunds will be given only if written notification is received two to three weeks before the meeting.
• All refunds are subject to a $100 processing fee.
• Telephone cancellations will not be accepted.
• No refunds will be given for requests received after the deadline.
• Registration refunds will be processed 30 days after the conclusion of the meeting.

Single/Double: $219 per night (excluding taxes and fees)

The discounted group rate is available until March 23, 2026.

Housing Policies

ASTRO will NOT cover costs for attendees’ hotel stay. ASTRO will also NOT reimburse travel and incidental expenses for attendees (airfare, train, personal vehicle miles, cabs, gratuities, meals, additional room charges, etc.).

>Hotel accommodations will be the responsibility of the individual. To make your reservation, a credit card will be requested by the hotel. The hotel may elect to place a hold on guests' credit cards as part of the reservation process.
