The SCAROP Meeting is held yearly in conjunction with ASTRO's Advocacy Day.
2019 SCAROP Meeting
The SCAROP Meeting will be held in Washington, D.C., on Sunday, April 28, 2019. The meeting will commence with networking lunch at 12:00 p.m. and will conclude at 5:30 p.m. Eastern time. The preliminary agenda will be released closer to the meeting. Please contact Emily Wilson with any questions.

Registration for the 2019 SCAROP Annual Meeting is now closed.
There will be a registration fee of $150 per SCAROP Member.
Only SCAROP members are invited to the SCAROP meeting. A SCAROP member may register one guest from his or her institution to attend either in place of the SCAROP member or in addition to the SCAROP member.
If you wish to bring a guest or have a guest go in place of you please complete the Guest Registration Form and fax it to 703-286-1571.
- Refunds will be given only if written notification is received on or before April 5, 2019.
- All refunds are subject to a $100 processing fee.
- Telephone cancellations will not be accepted.
- NO REFUNDS will be given for requests received after April 5, 2019.
- Registration refunds will be processed 30 days after the conclusion of the meeting

Hotel reservation deadline: April 12, 2019
ASTRO will NOT cover costs for attendees’ hotel stay. ASTRO will also NOT reimburse travel and incidental expenses for attendees (airfare, train, personal vehicle miles, cabs, gratuities, meals, additional room charges, etc.).
Hotel accommodations at the Washington Court Hotel will be the responsibility of the individual. The hotel will ask for a personal credit card when reserving your guest room for your overnight stay. The SCAROP Annual Meeting will conclude on Sunday, April 28, 2019.
By reserving a room at ASTRO’s official hotel for the 2019 Advocacy Day/SCAROP Annual Meeting, you understand that ASTRO and the Washington Court Hotel have exchanged your personal information for the purpose of facilitating your hotel reservation.
