Best of ASTRO Licensing

Best of ASTRO Officially Licensed Meetings

ASTRO offers licenses to host the Best of ASTRO meeting in your country!

In an effort to share the most important scientific studies related to radiation oncology throughout the world, ASTRO has created a program that allows organizations to license the Best of ASTRO content and hold an “officially licensed” live or virtual meeting in their own country. The Best of ASTRO content represents the top-rated abstracts from the ASTRO Annual Meeting. The abstracts selected for the Best of ASTRO are handpicked from thousands of abstracts submitted to the Annual Meeting. By holding a Best of ASTRO meeting, you are able to offer your colleagues access to these top abstracts and foster discussion and networking at a local level.

Grant of license includes the following:

  • Designated “Best of ASTRO” scientific abstracts from the Annual Meeting and original slides from respective presentations (as released for inclusion by the presenters).
  • Right to select up to 10 additional Annual Meeting abstracts not designated in the Best of ASTRO group (as released for inclusion by the presenters).
  • Annual Meeting Science Highlight sessions by track: Faculty presentations (Discussant) slides.
  • Custom “Best of ASTRO” name and logo for use on marketing materials.
  • “Best of ASTRO” PowerPoint template.
  • Approved use of licensing statement on meeting materials (“This Best of ASTRO program is officially licensed by ASTRO”).

Please note that all licensees are obligated to hold their meeting before August 31, 2024.
