Best of ASTRO Licensing Application
Step 1: Complete the interest form and pay the $500 application fee.
Step 2: Receive an email from education@astro.org with a link to the full application.
Step 3: Compete the full application and submit the completed application, sample budget, and sample meeting program by email to education@astro.org.
Step 4: ASTRO Task Force will review the licensing application and notify applicant of approval.
Step 5: Complete the licensing fee payment and execute the licensing agreement.
The Best of ASTRO License fee is $15,000 U.S. dollars per event date and location. There is a $1,000 discount for applying by the early-bird deadline of October 31, 2023. Special consideration may be offered for LMICs.
