RO-ILS Subscription Payment Guide

RO-ILS practices are required to pay a non-refundable, annual subscription fee to participate in the program. The subscription rates are based on the number of facilities enrolled within a practice.

The 2026 fees are:

  • Base fee (1 facility): $1,000
    • Each additional facility (up to 10): +$500 per facility
  • Practices with 11-19 facilities: $6,000
  • Practices with 20-29 facilities: $8,000
  • Practices with 30+ facilities: $10,000 

The practice's primary contact (i.e., RO-ILS Liaison) received an email in December 2025 with a link to the 2026 RO-ILS subscription invoice. Payment was due February 2026.

The following frequently asked questions provide more information about processing payment.

1. How can I download a PDF copy of my invoice?
To download a PDF version of your invoice, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit https://www.astro.org/paynow.
  2. Enter your order number (invoice number) in the search field and click Search.
  3. Click the Print icon under the "Print Invoice" header on the right side.
  4. A PDF version of the invoice will appear, which you can print or download for your records.

2. Where can I find ASTRO’s W-9 form?
A current copy of ASTRO’s W-9 form is available online.

3. How can I make a payment for an invoice?
To pay your invoice online using a credit card, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit https://www.astro.org/paynow.
  2. Enter your order number (invoice number) in the search field and click Search.
  3. Review the invoice details displayed on the screen.
  4. Scroll down to the Payment Information section and enter the credit card information.
  5. Click Submit Payment.
