RO-ILS Subscription Payment Guide

RO-ILS practices are required to pay a non-refundable, annual fee to participate in the program. The practice's primary contact (i.e., RO-ILS Liaison) receives an email embedded with the RO-ILS subscription invoice. The following frequently asked questions provide more information about processing payment.

1. How can I download a PDF copy of my invoice?

To download a PDF version of your invoice, please follow these steps:

1. Visit https://www.astro.org/paynow.
2. Enter your order number (invoice number) in the search field and click Search.
3. Click the Print icon under the "Print Invoice" header on the right side.
4. A PDF version of the invoice will appear, which you can print or download for your records.

A current copy of ASTRO’s W-9 form is available online.
 

3. How can I make a payment for an invoice?

To pay your invoice online using a credit card, please follow these steps:

1. Visit https://www.astro.org/paynow.
2. Enter your order number (invoice number) in the search field and click Search.
3. Review the invoice details displayed on the screen.
4. Scroll down to the Payment Information section and enter the credit card information.
5. Click Submit Payment.
