Public comments requested by June 10: Draft Guideline on Radiation Therapy for Hodgkin Lymphoma

The draft covers evidence-based recommendations for classic and nodular lymphocyte predominant Hodgkin lymphoma across upfront, combined-modality settings and in relapsed or refractory disease. Review the guideline and submit comments by June 10.

📅 You can also access both drafts at www.astro.org/PublicComment.

Public comments requested by June 10: Draft Active Motion Management Model Policy
ASTRO requests feedback on the draft of the Active Motion Management (AMM) Model Policy.
  • Developing this guidance is critical to help educate insurance payers and physician practices to the appropriateness of AMM.
  • This is especially important in response to the prior authorization difficulties members have faced with billing CPT 77412 for AMM. Note: ASTRO model policies are developed to efficiently communicate what ASTRO believes to be correct coverage policies for radiation oncology services and do not serve as clinical guidelines.

📅 Review the document and submit comments through the webform by Wednesday, June 10.
