Issue Brief Webinar

• ASTRO staff will cover the legislative priorities to be covered in your virtual meetings with members of Congress and their staff.

Virtual Hill Meetings

• The specifics of these meetings will vary for each participant but all meetings will take place on July 22 and 23.
• Individual schedules are distributed a week before the event.

Virtual Kick-off

• Thursday July 22, 8:00 - 9:00 a.m. Eastern time.
• Join ASTRO CEO Laura Thevenot and ASTRO Chair Thomas Eichler, MD, FASTRO, as they kick-off our 2021 Advocacy Day.
• Attendees will meet in small groups with their state coalitions and ASTRO staff to prepare for their virtual Hill meetings.

Virtual ASTRO PAC Happy Hour

• On Thursday, July 22 starting at 5:30 p.m. Eastern time attend a virtual happy hour featuring a special guest speaker.
• Attendees will also break out into groups with ASTRO leadership as a chance to network and discuss the day's meetings.
• ASTRO members who contribute $250 and above to ASTRO PAC will receive a personalized cocktail kit to enjoy during the virtual networking event.

Networking Morning Coffee (Virtual)

• Friday July 23, 8:00 - 9:00 a.m. Eastern time.
• Grab a coffee and get ready for Day 2 with a special keynote speaker and more time to catch up and network with your fellow ASTRO members.
