Illinois Medicaid updates online fee schedule

Illinois Medicaid has updated its online fee schedule to reflect the 2026 radiation therapy coding changes. If you have received an improper denial from Illinois Medicaid related to these coding changes, ASTRO recommends resubmitting the affected claims.

ASTRO has been working with all 50 state Medicaid programs to update their fee schedules to reflect the 2026 coding changes. These advocacy efforts have resulted in progress in 30 states, and ASTRO will continue working with the remaining programs to support adoption of the updated codes.
