The ROCR Act reached a major milestone last week by securing its fiftieth cosponsor in Congress. Representative Brian Babin (R-TX), a dentist and member of the GOP Doctors Caucus, and House Ways and Means Committee member Darin LaHood (R-IL) became the latest lawmakers to support the bill.
