Alert! ASTRO 2025 Registration and hotel fraud notice |
It has come to our attention that individuals not affiliated with ASTRO or our official registration and housing vendor, SPARGO, Inc., are purporting to represent ASTRO and misleading prospective attendees into registering and booking hotel rooms through their third-party websites. Sponsored Google Ads sites are appearing in search results; be aware of any registration site that takes you away from this url: www.astro.org/meetings-and-education/micro-sites/2025/annual-meeting/attend/registration.
SPARGO, Inc. is the only official registration and housing provider for the ASTRO Annual Meeting. Please notify the ASTRO Registration and Housing Center if you are contacted by someone other than from SPARGO, Inc., or come across a fraudulent website via a Google ad or search result. Learn more. |
