Career Fair
The ASTRO Annual Meeting Career Fair helps employers and job seekers identify who will be attending the Annual Meeting and interested in connecting about employment opportunities. This is not a traditional career fair with booths, scheduled programming or designated meeting space. Instead, participation indicates that employers and job seekers are available to connect while onsite in Boston.
Employers
If you have an active job posting on the ASTRO Career Center, you can register for the Annual Meeting Career Fair. Participation helps you identify qualified job seekers who will be attending the Annual Meeting and interested in employment opportunities.
By registering, you will receive access to participating job seeker resumes and be able to view candidates who have indicated they will be in Boston and available for conversations or interviews during the meeting.
Private Interview Rooms Available in Boston
Need a private location to conduct employment interviews? Private interview rooms are available for rent in three-hour blocks during the ASTRO Annual Meeting, Saturday through Wednesday.
Please note that private interview rooms are the only dedicated spaces provided for employer interviews and recruiting activities. Otherwise, employers and job seekers are responsible for arranging their own meeting locations and schedules.
Rooms are limited. Contact Todd Karstaedt for availability and reservations. During the meeting, private interview rooms may also be reserved on a space-available basis through the ASTRO Resource Center located in the North Lobby of the Thomas M. Menino Convention and Exhibition Center.
Job Seekers
Whether you are exploring new opportunities or planning your next career move, participation in the Annual Meeting Career Fair helps employers know that you will be attending ASTRO's Annual Meeting and are open to discussing employment opportunities.
By registering, your resume will be highlighted to employers with active positions on the ASTRO Career Center, and your profile will indicate that you will be in Boston and available for onsite interviews or networking conversations.
