Registration for the 2026 Virtual Coding and Coverage Seminar opens Friday, September 25.

Please note: The registration prices reflect the cost of the seminar and 2027 Coding Resource bundle inclusively.
Registration Deadline
The last day to register for the meeting was December 4, 2026. Those who register before November 16, 2026, will receive their print versions of the 2027 Coding Resource before the date of the seminar. ASTRO cannot guarantee those who register after this date will receive the print copies in time for the seminar. The last day to cancel with a $100 cancellation fee is November 16, 2026. Registrations received after this date are not eligible for a refund.
Registration Confirmation
Upon completing registration online, individuals should receive an instant email confirmation and receipt.
Cancellation Policy
- Refunds will be given only if written notification is received on or before November 16, 2026.
- All refunds are subject to a $100 processing fee.
- Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Please email cancellations to our Meetings Department.
- No refunds will be given for requests received after November 16, 2026.
- Registration fees are not transferable.
- Registration refunds will be processed 30 days after the conclusion of the meeting.
