As part of ARRO and ASTRO’s commitment to supporting residents during this critical transition, we invite graduating residents to complete the Graduating Resident Survey. Graduating residents will receive an email in May for the survey.
Your input helps us better understand:
- Career plans and job search experiences of graduating residents
- Trends in employment settings and geographic preferences
- Where additional resources, tools, or support may be most helpful for future trainees

2025 Graduating Resident Survey Results
The annual graduating resident survey is the most frequently gathered resource for assessing the ease or difficulty of finding employment for newly graduated radiation oncology residents.
