Reservations made after this date will be on a space-available basis and may not be at the negotiated rate. The ASTRO headquarters is 2 miles away from the Ronald Reagan National Airport (DCA), 28 miles away from Dulles International Airport (IAD) and 37 miles from the Baltimore International Airport (BWI).
Getting to ASTRO Headquarters
A taxi cab from the Ronald Reagan National Airport to ASTRO headquarters will range from $15-$20 one way. A taxi cab from the Dulles International Airport (IAD) to ASTRO headquarters will range from $75-$85 one way. A taxi cab from the Baltimore International Airport (BWI) to ASTRO headquarters will range from $95-$110 one way.

Parking is available and is $26 for daily parking and $30 for valet parking at the Crystal Gateway Marriott.
- ASTRO Headquarters
ASTRO headquarters parking is $21 per day (over 6 hours). Entrance to the parking can be found on 18th Street.
Metro service is available from the Ronald Reagan National Airport (one stop away from the Crystal City Metro Station). Take the Blue or Yellow Line, and exit at the Crystal Metro City Station.
From Ronald Reagan National Airport (DCA)
From airport Terminals B and C, take the pedestrian bridge to the Metro's Reagan National Airport Station located on the Yellow and Blue Lines. Take the Yellow Line train (in the direction of Mount Vernon Square) or the Blue Line train (in the direction of Largo Town Center) one stop to the Crystal City Metro Station. The ASTRO headquarters is located up the Metro escalator and can be accessed from the underground Crystal City Shops.
