Radiopharmaceutical therapy is established as a high-impact treatment modality in oncology, creating new opportunities for clinical growth and value-based care. This session will focus on strategies to accelerate the development and expansion of radiopharmaceutical therapy programs through effective clinical integration and operational best practices. Key topics include patient selection and clinical indications of PSMA therapy, implementation of SPECT, reimbursement and billing strategies, and enhanced operational recommendations. The session will highlight practical implementation of established therapies, with a focus on PSMA- and SSTR-directed therapies, emphasizing how these therapies can add clinical value, can be operationally optimized in practice, and how clinics can consider implementing sponsored research into their portfolios. Expert faculty from radiation oncology, nuclear medicine, medical oncology, and medical physics will provide multidisciplinary perspectives through didactic presentations and interactive discussion. Attendees will gain actionable insights into scaling and sustaining radiopharmaceutical therapy programs across diverse practice environments, including academic medical centers and community settings. The goal of this session is to equip physicians, physicists and administrators with best practices to optimize and grow radiopharmaceutical therapy services within their institutions.
