ARRO Program

The Association of Residents in Radiation Oncology (ARRO) hosts a full day of programming created by residents, for residents, grounded in the real questions, challenges and opportunities shaping training and early careers in radiation oncology. The programming reflects resident priorities, blending education, career exploration and meaningful connections with leaders across the field.

Attendees gain practical career insights from peer-driven discussions and mentorship opportunities. Every session is designed to support your growth and help you navigate what’s next as a radiation oncology resident.
