The Annual Meeting Portal includes the following:
- Daily Schedule: Filter by Date, Title, Presenter, Track, Session Type and Focus Area.
- Virtual Meeting: Access livestreaming and recorded content through the Daily Schedule (Availability based on registration type.)
- Posters and Abstracts: Search and view the full abstracts and interactive posters.
- Exhibitors: Search exhibitors by name or product/service category; find Featured Exhibitors and Product Showcase.
- Industry Events: Browse exhibitor events such as Industry Expert Theaters and Industry Satellite Symposia located under the Daily Schedule section of the Portal.
- Convention Center Maps: View the floor plans of the various levels of the convention center.
- Shuttle Tracker: View maps of shuttle stops/locations, real-time information with next shuttle arrival time at hotel(s) and instant alerts about schedule changes or traffic disruptions.
- Social Media: Access ASTRO's social media channels including X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, ROhub and ASTROblog.

Attendees can use their electronic devices (such as phones, iPads, or laptops) to submit questions to speakers and moderators in addition to using floor microphones available in the room. Attendees will be able to see the questions that others have asked and can up-vote questions they want answered. - Polling
Some speakers will poll the audience with interactive, audience response questions.
To access Social Q&A and to respond to speaker polls, visit www.astro.org/AMSocialQA. Select the current session you are attending to submit your question. Polls will become available automatically when open for responses.
