Use of the aforementioned and any other mark owned by ASTRO or by any of the meeting co-sponsors in conjunction with promotional materials, advertisements, email marketing, company websites, endorsements, statements, contests and/or awards is strictly prohibited. In addition, Exhibitor is not permitted to use the following in a company name, website address, email signature/tag line, or in any other manner:
- American Society for Radiation Oncology, the acronym ASTRO, and any other ASTRO registered trademark
- American Head and Neck Society, the acronym AHNS, and any other AHNS registered trademark
- American Society for Clinical Oncology, the acronym ASCO, and any other ASCO registered trademark
- Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer, the acronym SITC, and any other SITC registered trademark
