ASTRO provides promotional vehicles to increase exposure associated with a specific activity, service or function at the 2026 Multidisciplinary Head and Neck Cancers Symposium. Industry-Expert Theater ($25,000)

Enhance the educational element of your company’s noteworthy products and services with a presentation in the Industry-Expert Theater. The Industry-Expert Theater provides exhibitors with a unique and effective marketing opportunity to hold live promotional presentations or activities designed to raise awareness of featured services and products. Sponsorship includes meeting space, general A/V equipment, preshow mailing list*, signage and promotion on the meeting website and in the Pocket Program.

Advisory Board Meeting ($10,000)

Take advantage of more than 800 to 1,000 expected attendees by holding your Advisory Board meeting in the convenience of the headquarters hotel. A 22”x28” sign will be included; however, all other costs associated with the meeting will be the responsibility of the sponsor.

Attendee Hospitality Suite ($20,000)

Showcase your product information to meeting attendees by hosting your own hospitality suite during the course of the meeting in the headquarters hotel. Sponsorship includes meeting space and preshow mailing list*. All other costs will be the responsibility of the sponsor.

An Industry Satellite Symposium (ISS) refers to any activity, educational in nature, that is independently organized, offered by another organization and held in conjunction with this meeting. This includes any educational activity that carries continuing medical education (CME) credit not sponsored by ASTRO.
