Starting Thursday, February 3, 2026, if you need to change your reservation, you must call the hotel directly. If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact the Head and Neck Housing Center. Any cancellations after Tuesday, February 10, 2026, should be completed directly with the hotel. Cancellations must be made at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to your scheduled arrival date, or you will be assessed a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's room and tax which will be charged to the credit card that was provided upon creating the reservation.
If you need to still secure a hotel but are unable to secure at the host hotel, below is a recommended hotel in the nearby vicinity. Please note that the hotel does not have a group rate negotiated and is not a part of the official room block. Starting rates have been provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.
