A block of rooms has been set aside for the 2026 Multidisciplinary Head and Neck Cancers Symposium attendees at a discounted rate until Monday, January 26, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern time. Reservations made after this date will be on a space-available basis and may not be at the negotiated rate. Please note that room inventory is subject to availability and it is not uncommon for the ASTRO room block to sell out before the reservation deadline. To ensure that you receive a room at the discounted conference rate, we encourage you to make your reservation early.
Single/Double: $384 per night (excluding taxes)
Please note: The rate is inclusive of the discounted resort fee of $28.50, per night. Included in the fee is the following: daily golf range access (range balls for two guests); daily fitness classes for two guests (class options vary); daily miniature golf for up to four guests; daily two-hour bike rental for two guests; daily one-hour hard court and racquet rental for two guests; and daily one-hour pickleball court and equipment rental for two guests.
