A block of rooms has been set aside for the 2026 Multidisciplinary Head and Neck Cancers Symposium attendees at a discounted rate until Monday, January 26, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern time. Reservations made after this date will be on a space-available basis and may not be at the negotiated rate. Please note that room inventory is subject to availability and it is not uncommon for the ASTRO room block to sell out before the reservation deadline. To ensure that you receive a room at the discounted conference rate, we encourage you to make your reservation early.
Single/Double: $359 per night (excluding taxes)
Please note: The rate is also subject to $25 + tax resort charge, discounted from the standard $38 per room, per night. The resort charge represents a total value of $184 per room, per night. The resort charge includes daily in-room enhanced wireless internet access, 24-hour/7 days a week access to the resort’s state-of-the-art fitness center, access to instructional led fitness classes, self-parking, bike rental, mini golf, daily golf bag storage, one hour of tennis (hard) court and racquet rental and access to all lawn games.
