The 2024 ASTRO Annual Meeting will be a live event held at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, DC, September 29 – October 2, 2024, with a virtual option for attendees who are unable to join in person. ASTRO will offer the full program to which attendees are accustomed, including engaging education and scientific sessions with opportunities for networking events. We are excited to continue several of the new offerings from this past year, such as extended education sessions and deeper dives into important topics in the Workshop series.

Registration and Housing Fraud Alert

It has come to our attention that individuals not affiliated with ASTRO or our official registration and housing vendor, SPARGO, Inc., are purporting to represent ASTRO and misleading prospective attendees into registering and booking hotel rooms through their third-party websites. SPARGO, Inc. is the only official registration and housing provider for the ASTRO Annual Meeting. Please notify the ASTRO Registration and Housing Center if you are contacted by someone other than from SPARGO, Inc. representing that they are with ASTRO. Learn more.
