Advance Shipments to Warehouse
If you are planning to ship your booth materials to the advance warehouse, your shipment should arrive on or between the business days of January 25, 2024, through February 26, 2024. Warehouse receiving hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Please review the GES warehouse closure calendar. A late fee will be added for any shipments received after February 26, 2024.
