The 2023 Multidisciplinary Thoracic Cancers Symposium will take place November 30 - December 2, 2023, at the following location:

This symposium convenes radiation and medical oncologists, thoracic surgeons and all members of the treatment team for a practical and comprehensive examination of current Thoracic cancer care. To view a more detailed breakdown, please visit our Attendee Demographics page.

You can sign up by filling out the exhibitor application found on the Reserve a Booth page. Please send all completed applications to John Barrett and/or call 703-654-6490 with any questions.

When completing your initial exhibitor application, you may select up to three preferred tabletop numbers found on the Exhibit Hall floor plan.

Tabletop exhibits are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis with preference being given to meeting sponsors. While every effort will be made to honor your specific request, we are unable to guarantee spaces.

A tabletop booth costs $4,500 for exhibitors.

We strongly recommend you pay by credit card, but we accept check payments upon request. In order to pay by check, mail your original application with check made payable to ASTRO to:

Check payments must be received one week prior to the start of the meeting. All checks that are not received one week before the meeting will cause forfeiture of the exhibiting space.

No, there are no special pricing or discounts for the 2023 Multidisciplinary Thoracic Cancers Symposium.

  • Additional exhibitor registrations are available for purchase. Ambassador’s Exhibitor Registrations qualify for CME credits.

  • Exhibitors are not eligible to receive continuing medical education credits.

  • Please note, exhibitors will be required to sign a licensing agreement prior to obtaining the list and eligibility requirements may apply.

Projection AV is ASTRO's official audio/visual vendor for the 2023 Multidisciplinary Thoracic Cancers Symposium, excluding power and internet. All audio/visual orders for exhibit booths should be ordered through the 2023 Multidisciplinary Thoracic Cancers Symposium audio/visual order form.

All electrical and internet orders will be provided by the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel. Please complete the electrical and internet form to request equipment and service.

Yes, all personnel working the booth must be registered and must have an exhibitor badge. You can register exhibits staff by going to the Exhibitor Resource Center and completing the Exhibitor Registration Form.

The Passport to Prizes Program is a booth traffic program that allows attendees an incentive for visiting booths to complete their Passport. General exhibitors who paid the booth fee are eligible to participate for the Passport to Prizes Program at no additional costs.

The 2023 Multidisciplinary Thoracic Cancer Symposium Exhibit Hall will be located in Napoleon Ballroom CD of the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel.

Exhibitor booth set up is on Wednesday, November 29, 2023, from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. All booths must be set up during this time.

No, Napoleon Ballroom CD is fully carpeted. No additional carpeting is needed.

Thursday, November 30, 2023: 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Friday, December 1, 2023: 7:00 a.m. - 2:45 p.m.

Exhibit Hall dismantle begins Friday, December 1, 2023, 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Exhibitors may not dismantle prior to this without Show Management approval.
