Full conference attendees cannot pick up the badge or meetings materials for their Spouse/Guest. The Spouse/Guest must come to registration on site to pick up their own badge and meeting materials.

The following event requires a separate registration and is open to Early Career Attendees,* Members-in-Training/Resident Members, Resident/Fellow Nonmembers and Students.
*Early Career is defined as any attendee who is less than three years out of their training.

Registration Policies​

 

Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellation of registration on or before November 10, 2023, INCLUDES canceling access to the full meeting.
  • Registration fees are not transferable.
Check Payments

ASTRO does not accept check payments for online registrations. For questions, please contact the Thoracic Registration Center.

Refund Policy
  • Registration fee refunds will be given only if written notification is received on or before November 10, 2023.
  • Registration fee refunds are subject to a $100 processing fee.
  • No refunds for the registration fee will be given for requests received after November 10, 2023.
  • Registration refunds will be processed 30 days after the conclusion of the meeting.
