ASTRO President Neha Vapiwala, MD, FASTRO, describes the new process this year for submitting Late-breaking abstracts for presentation at the Annual Meeting in late September. The process and timeline involves submitting shells by February 24, alongside regular abstracts, to allow for more effective planning but with time till July to gather results and finalize conclusions.

    Call for Education Session Proposals

    Submitted education session proposals will be considered for inclusion within the Annual Meeting Education Program. Education session presentations provide the opportunity to share important information with colleagues and interact with leaders in the field. The Call for Education Session Proposals is now open and will close on January 12, 2026.
