Because of the nature of the programs and forums, no one under the age of 18 will be admitted to any official Symposium function without first being registered by their parent or guardian. Children and caregivers will need to be registered at the on-site Symposium Registration Desk at the JW Marriott Desert Springs. All attendees must adhere to the Attendee Policies.
Strollers, baby carriers or similar devices are permitted in meeting rooms and the Exhibit Hall (during regular Exhibit Hall show hours only) as long as they do not block aisles or emergency exits. Parents/guardians who bring children into meeting sessions, the Exhibit Hall, or any other meeting functions or areas are asked to help maintain a professional, disturbance-free environment. Children must be supervised at all times.

Continental breakfast will be provided Tuesday and Wednesday in the Exhibit Hall, located in Springs Ballroom G.
Morning coffee breaks will be provided in the Exhibit Hall on Tuesday and Wednesday. Afternoon coffee break will be provided on Wednesday.
Lunch will be provided on Tuesday and Wednesday in the Exhibit Hall.
To be eligible to receive continuing education credit, attendees must complete the online credit evaluation by March 23, 2026. To access your evaluation, log in to ASTRO Academy (My Activities→Pending activities) with your ASTRO credentials. Learn more about continuing education for the Symposium.
Physicians
Physician attendees can access, print and save their AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ certificate in the ASTRO Academy upon completion of the credit evaluation by the deadline.
Physicists
Physicist attendees will not receive certificates of credit from ASTRO. The names of physicist attendees who complete the credit evaluation in the ASTRO Academy by the deadline will be sent to CAMPEP 45 days after the meeting.
Advanced Practice Providers
Advanced practice provider attendees will not receive certificates of credit from ASTRO. Advanced practice provider attendees can request a certificate of attendance that includes the AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ statement along with a transcript of sessions attended when completing the evaluation in the ASTRO Academy by the deadline.
Meeting Experience Survey
Attendees will also receive a meeting experience survey via email. We appreciate your valuable feedback and encourage all attendees to complete the survey.
A printed Pocket Program will be available for you when you check in on site. Please remember to bring a notebook or laptop for your own personal use if you plan to take extensive notes.
Disclosure information will be available online for committee members and faculty. In addition to being available online, disclosure slides will be shown at the beginning of each session. Disclosure information will not be printed in the Pocket Program.

Poster Session and Networking Reception

The Poster Session will highlight the top posters. Each presenter will have five minutes to discuss their poster and two minutes for questions and answers.

In every session, attendees may use their own electronic devices (phone, tablet, laptop) in addition to the Q&A microphones provided in the session room to submit questions to the speakers and moderators. Attendees will be able to see the questions that others have asked and can up-vote questions that they want to have answered.
Speakers may also utilize the technology to poll the audience with interactive, audience response questions.
