The Exhibitor Resource Center is filled with extensive information to guide you through your exhibiting experience. From booth design guidelines and order forms to exhibitor listings and policies, the Exhibitor Resource Center will serve as your primary source to organize your booth.

Login Process

Exhibitors are required to create a login and password to access the information and forms for planning your Annual Meeting experience. View instructions for creating your login password to the Exhibitor Resource Center.

Booth contacts may add additional contacts to the Exhibitor Resource Center to handle specific items, such as registration and housing. Please see the "Add/Edit Members" section of the Exhibitor Resource Center.

ASTRO 2026 Official Registration and Housing Agent

SPARGO is the only official registration and housing provider for the ASTRO Annual Meeting. Please notify the ASTRO Registration and Housing Center if you are contacted by someone other than from SPARGO, or come across a fraudulent website via a Google ad or search result. Learn more.
