Certificate of Attendance

Access your Certificate of Attendance. You will need to enter your meeting registration ID which can be found in your meeting registration confirmation email (or badge if you attended in-person).


Claim Credit/Evaluation Instructions

You can evaluate sessions and claim credit in MyASTROApp or the Annual Meeting Portal until the deadline and these will be cumulatively added to your certificate.

  • The deadline for MDCB and CAMPEP credits is November 3, 2023.
  • The deadline for AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ is June 1, 2024.

Option 1 ‒ MyASTROApp

  • The official meeting app, MyASTROApp, is available for download from the iTunes and Google Play stores (see QR code below).
  • Log in with the ASTRO credentials you used to register for the meeting or purchase the Meeting onDemand in the ASTRO Academy.
    • Can't remember your password? Click the "Forgot Password?" link below the login box.
  • The first time you claim credit, you will be asked to complete your profile.
  • Using the Daily Schedule, navigate to the session and click the "Evaluation" icon at the bottom of the session screen.
    • You can also click the "Claim Credits / Take Experience Survey" tile on the App home to get to the Credit/Evaluation portal.
      • In the portal, scroll down and under Tasks select "Credit Selection for ____" to select sessions. There may be multiple Credit Selection options depending on your registration.
      • Navigate to a session by expanding the day or time block, click "Evaluate Session" under the session title, complete the evaluation (all required questions must be completed), and click the "Submit" button at the bottom.
  • Evaluated sessions will appear in the Selected Sessions section at the bottom of the Credit/Evaluation portal (below Tasks).
  • Once you have completed at least one session evaluation and clicked the "Submit to Complete" button at the top of the Credit Selection screen, you can Save / Print / Email your certificate.
    • On the Credit/Evaluation portal, select the appropriate certificate (CME / CAMPEP / MDCB) link under Tasks to open it.

Option 2 ‒ Annual Meeting Portal

  • Go to the Annual Meeting Portal and log in with the ASTRO credentials you used to register for the meeting or purchase the Meeting onDemand in the ASTRO Academy.
    • Can't remember your password? Click the 'Forgot Password?' link below the login box.
  • In the left-hand navigation, click the "Evaluate/Claim Credit" link to get to the Credit/Evaluation portal.
  • In the portal, scroll down and under Tasks select "Credit Selection for ____" to select sessions. There may be multiple Credit Selection options depending on your registration.
    • Navigate to a session by expanding the day or time block, click "Evaluate Session" under the session title, complete the evaluation (all required questions must be completed), and click the "Submit" button at the bottom.
  • Evaluated sessions will appear in the Selected Sessions section at the bottom of the Credit/Evaluation portal (below Tasks).
  • Once you have completed at least one session evaluation and clicked the "Submit to Complete" button at the top of the Credit Selection screen, you can Save / Print / Email your certificate.
    • On the Credit/Evaluation portal, select the appropriate certificate (CME / CAMPEP / MDCB) link under Tasks to open it.

Credit Tracker

The Annual Meeting Portal and MyASTROApp list the credits available for each session. If you would like a printed copy of credits available, you can download the Annual Meeting Credit Tracker. This form is just a tracker and cannot be submitted to earn credit. To claim credits, you must complete the online evaluation.

Physicians

The American Society for Radiation Oncology (ASTRO) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Live Meeting (In-person): ASTRO designates this live course activity for a maximum of 36.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Live Meeting (Virtual): ASTRO designates this live course activity for a maximum of 35.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Meeting onDemand: ASTRO designates this enduring material activity for a maximum of 171.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

CME credits must be claimed by June 1, 2024.

Physicists

This activity has been approved for a maximum of 36.75 Medical Physics Continuing Education Credits (MPCEC) by the Commission on Accreditation of Medical Physics Education Program (CAMPEP).

Physicists should only claim credit for their participation in the live meeting (in-person/virtual) and should not claim credit for sessions watched onDemand.

CAMPEP credits must be claimed by November 3, 2023. Any credits claimed after the evaluation deadline will not be submitted to CAMPEP.

Dosimetrists

The Medical Dosimetrist Certification Board (MDCB) has approved this activity for 31 MDCB credits.

Dosimetrists should only claim credit for their participation in the in-person meeting in San Diego and should not claim credit for sessions watched onDemand or via the livestream.

MDCB credits must be claimed by November 3, 2023. Any credits claimed after the evaluation deadline will not be submitted to MDCB.

Nurses/Therapists/Other Medical Professionals

This activity is not approved for nursing and/or therapist or other medical professional CEUs. You may print a certificate of attendance by completing the meeting evaluation.


Certificates of Credit

CME certificates of credit are only available to participants who have completed the online evaluation tool. Participants will have online access to their certificate upon completion of the evaluation.

Physicist attendees will not receive certificates of credit from ASTRO. The names of physicist attendees will be sent to CAMPEP 45 days after the meeting. Any credits claimed after the evaluation deadline will not be submitted by ASTRO to CAMPEP.

ASTRO is an accredited provider of continuing medical education. Since our accreditation is important to us, we plan activities that are compliant with the ACCME and the content or format of CME activities and related materials will promote improvements or quality in health care and not a specific proprietary business interest or commercial bias. Planning Committee members and speakers are required to disclose the existence of any financial or other relationship with the manufacturer(s) or any commercial product(s) or provider(s) of any commercial services discussed in an educational presentation.

Any conflicts of interest are resolved prior to participation. In addition to written disclosure, presenters will disclose any vested interest or their intention to discuss off-label use of pharmaceuticals or devices, if applicable, to the audience at the beginning of their presentation and in accordance with the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education standards and the Food and Drug Administration requirements.

In an effort to increase transparency and easy access to all disclosures, ASTRO's Faculty, Committee and Planner disclosure information will be available online for the 2023 Annual Meeting. In addition, disclosure slides will be shown at the beginning of each session and every presenter is also required to display their disclosure. Disclosure information will not be printed in paper versions of the meeting materials.
