The Practical Radiation Oncology (PRO) Program is a two-day program specifically designed for the community practice radiation oncologist. This program is held Saturday and Sunday to allow doctors unable to leave their practice for an entire week the ability to attend ASTRO's Annual Meeting. Program content is curated to keep in mind the ins and outs of a community practice and will include disease site reviews, interactive case-based discussions, a coding update and a scientific overview.

PRO Weekend registration includes:

  • Access to PRO Program held on Saturday and Sunday.
  • Admission to in-person Education and Scientific Sessions on Saturday and Sunday only.
  • Exhibit Hall access on Sunday only.
  • Access to Poster Sessions on Sunday only.
  • Ability to add in-person ticketed events for Saturday and Sunday.

One Day registration includes:

  • Admission to in-person Education and Scientific Sessions for one day.
  • Exhibit Hall access for one day.
  • Access to Poster Sessions for one day.

If you would like to attend events on Saturday, you must register for those events separately; it will not count against your one-day registration. If you would like to attend more than one day of the meeting (exception of Saturday), you must register at the full conference rate.

Patient Advocate Rate

Individuals interested in registering for the ASTRO Annual Meeting as a patient advocate must either work or volunteer for a not-for-profit patient advocacy organization that:

  • Demonstrates a charitable mission.
  • Engages in patient advocacy activities.
  • Provides programs, services, information and/or support for people affected by cancer.
  • Has a nonprofessional membership.
  • Does not offer continuing medical education (CME) or scientific programs for professionals.


Patients or advocates not affiliated with a national or international not-for-profit organization may also be eligible to register at the patient advocate rate, based on their advocacy role and experience.

This registration category is NOT intended for medical professionals and is reserved exclusively for patient advocates whose primary role is in cancer patient advocacy.

*Please note that to receive this rate ASTRO will verify your registration before it is complete. If you end up not qualifying for the Patient Advocate rate, you will be given notice to pay the correct registration rate within two weeks or your registration will be canceled and fully refunded.


Exhibit Hall Only

The Exhibit Hall Only registration will only be available after August 17 and on site. This includes access to the Exhibit Hall only during show hours Sunday, October 1 through Tuesday, October 3, and the Exhibit Hall Networking Reception on Monday.

ASRT Registered Conference Attendees

ASTRO offers ASRT registered attendees a discounted rate for the in-person full conference registration package to attend the education and scientific program of the ASTRO Annual Meeting. To receive this discounted rate, you must provide the registration confirmation number received from ASRT when you registered.

All ASRT attendees receive FREE admission to ASTRO’s Exhibit Hall. New this year! To obtain this complimentary Exhibit Hall Only registration, you must register with ASTRO and provide the registration confirmation number received from ASRT when you registered. ASRT attendees must wear an ASTRO issued badge to visit the ASTRO Exhibit Hall and may pick up their badge on site at ASTRO’s registration.


SROA Registered Conference Attendees

ASTRO offers SROA registered attendees a discounted rate for the in-person full conference registration package to attend the education and scientific program of the ASTRO Annual Meeting. To receive this discounted rate, you must provide the registration confirmation number received from SROA when you registered.

All SROA attendees receive FREE admission to ASTRO’s Exhibit Hall and will be preregistered with Exhibit Hall Only registration. SROA attendees must wear an ASTRO issued badge to visit the ASTRO Exhibit Hall. To obtain your ASTRO badge, you must agree to comply with ASTRO’s Attendee Policies, Health and Safety Protocols and the ASTRO Event Code of Conduct. You may provide your acknowledgement of ASTRO’s policies when you pick up your ASTRO badge on site.


Spouse/Guest

Includes the following:

  • Exhibit Hall access Sunday-Tuesday during hall hours
  • Exhibit Hall Networking Reception on Monday

This registration does not include access to in-person ASTRO sessions or ticketed events. Spouse/Guest registrants are not eligible for continuing medical educational credits. Only in-person full conference attendees are eligible to register one Spouse/Guest.
