Your Annual Refresher Course registration includes three eContouring sessions with practice cases—gynecologic: vulvar and vaginal, thoracic and genitourinary. Registrants can contour the practice cases prepared by the faculty using an online contouring platform and receive a metric score based on the accuracy of their contour(s) compared to the faculty. The practice cases are accessible in the ASTRO Academy through April 5, 2028. Learn more.
The Annual Refresher Course is fully virtual. Information on how to access the live virtual course was emailed to registrants one week prior to the course start. Information will also be on the course website and in the Refresher ROhub community. Attendees are encouraged to log in at least 30 minutes before the start of the course to test their connection. To be eligible to receive continuing education credits for the live virtual course, attendees must view the live online presentations and then complete the credit evaluation in the ASTRO Academy by Monday, April 27, 2026. Learn more about continuing education credits.
Physicians: The live virtual 2026 ASTRO Annual Refresher Course gives you the opportunity to earn 19.50 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. The Refresher onDemand, included with registration, also offers continuing medical education credits for physicians.
Physicists: An application was submitted to the Commission on Accreditation of Medical Physics Education Programs (CAMPEP) for Medical Physics Continuing Education Credits (MPCEC).Advanced Practice Providers: ASTRO will email you a certificate with the activity name and dates, your name, the sessions you attended and corresponding AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ amounts for you to submit to your credentialing body.
As a course registrant, you will be subscribed to an exclusive online community in ASTRO’s ROhub in which you can interact and engage with other course attendees. You will be sent a notification a few weeks prior to the course. Sign in using your ASTRO username and password.
ASTRO staff will upload presentation slides to the ROhub library.
