Government Rate

For individuals who are currently full-time employees of the Federal Drug Administration (FDA), National Cancer Institute (NCI), National Institutes of Health (NIH) or the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), we are offering a 25% discount of your registration fee to attend the 2027 Multidisciplinary Radiopharmaceutical Therapy Symposium. This reduced rate is available for in-person full conference or virtual full conference registration only. Please contact the Radipharmaceutical Therapy Symposium Registration Center to inquire about registering at this rate.


Patient Advocate Rate

Individuals interested in registering as a patient advocate must either work or volunteer for a not-for-profit patient advocacy organization that:

  • Demonstrates a charitable mission.
  • Engages in patient advocacy activities.
  • Provides programs, services, information and/or support for people affected by cancer.
  • Has a nonprofessional membership.
  • Does not offer continuing medical education (CME) or scientific programs for professionals.

Patients or advocates not affiliated with a national or international not-for-profit organization may also be eligible to register at the patient advocate rate, based on their advocacy role and experience.

This registration category is NOT intended for medical professionals and is reserved exclusively for patient advocates whose primary role is in cancer patient advocacy.

*Please note that to receive this rate your registration will be verified before it is completed. You must submit a copy of your CV and bio-sketch or résumé to [email protected] for review within two weeks of registering. If you do not qualify for the Patient Advocate rate, you will be notified and given two weeks to pay the applicable registration rate. If payment is not received within that time, your registration will be canceled and fully refunded.


Guest Registration

Guest Registration includes the following:

  • Exhibit Hall access during hall hours

This registration does not include access to in-person ASTRO sessions or event add-ons. Guest registrants are not eligible for continuing medical educational credits. Only in-person full conference attendees are eligible to register one Guest. If your guest is under the age of 18, the ASTRO Child Waiver form must be completed onsite or via the online registration process.
