The ASTRO Annual Meeting gives you the opportunity to earn continuing education credits. Certificates of credit are only available to participants who have completed the meeting credit evaluation which will be available in the ASTRO Academy.
Credit totals are subject to change with changes in the program.
Physicians
The American Society for Radiation Oncology (ASTRO) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
Live Meeting (In person/Virtual): ASTRO designates this live course activity for a maximum of 35.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
Physicists
An application will be submitted to the Commission on Accreditation of Medical Physics Education Programs (CAMPEP) for Medical Physics Continuing Education Credits (MPCEC).
Dosimetrists
An application will be submitted to the Medical Dosimetrist Certification Board (MDCB) for dosimetrist credits. MDCB credits will only be available for the in-person meeting in San Francisco; credits will not be available for sessions watched onDemand or via the livestream.
Nurses, Therapists and Other Professionals
This activity is not approved for nursing and/or therapist CEUs. A certificate of attendance will be available.
