Projection is ASTRO's official AV provider for the 2022 Multidisciplinary Head and Neck Cancers Symposium. No other AV companies can be used during the meeting. Take advantage of Projection's early-bird AV rate until February 2, 2021.

All electrical and hard-wired internet services needed for the exhibit hall must be ordered through Encore at The JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge. Wireless internet will be provided to all exhibitors and attendees during the event. If you wish to add any electrical or other internet services to your booth you can do so by completing the form below and emailing it to desertridgeaudiovisuals@encoreglobal.com.
Advance Shipments to Warehouse
If you are planning to ship your booth materials to the advance warehouse, your shipment should arrive on or between the business days of January 21, 2022 through February 21, 2022. Warehouse receiving hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. The GES warehouse will be CLOSED daily from 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. and on November 25, 2021, and November 26, 2021, in observance of Thanksgiving. A late fee will be added for any shipments received after February 22, 2022.
