Survivor Circles Celebrates 20 years of giving, Grants awarded Sunday
Survivor Circle was created in 2003 to honor cancer survivors by recognizing organizations that further the fight for survivorship. ASTRO has raised well over $500,000 since the inception of the program, almost wholly from the generous support of our exhibitors, 100% of which has gone to grant recipients.

Yesterday morning, ASTRO awarded this year’s recipients, Breast Cancer Angels and Cancer Support Community Los Angeles (CSCLA), with Survivor Circle Grants of $12,500 each for the services they provide. Learn more about these organizations and how they plan to use the grants to support cancer patients, and for those of you in San Diego, stop by the Survivor Circle booth where you can fold a crane to help us reach our goal of 1,000 cranes.

Introducing the new and improved RadOnc Toolbox powered by ROI
The RadOnc Toolbox has a fresh new look and overhauled content. The Radiation Oncology Institute (ROI) collaborated with Matthew Culbert, MD, and Colton Ladbury, MD, to develop a better resource to support evidence-based care by providing easy access to frequently used radiation oncology references. The redesigned RadOnc Toolbox includes links to updated ASTRO clinical guidelines, revamped dose constraints, a library of contouring resources and a collection of clinical calculators and nomograms. Download the RadOnc Toolbox app for iOS or Android or visit rotoolbox.org. Existing users of the app will be required to create a new login because a new user authentication system is being used. For any questions on this tool and the ROI, visit the ROI Booth in Hall E Lobby Ground Floor, open today from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
