ASTRO Appropriate Use Criteria on Radiation Therapy for Endometrial Cancer

This practice document used the RAND/University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) Appropriateness Method to look at clinical scenarios for stage I to IVA endometrial cancer. It considers the impact of risk group, histology, node dissection and node positivity on appropriate use of adjuvant brachytherapy, external beam radiation therapy and chemoradiation, as well as on sequencing of chemotherapy and radiation when both are given.
