The Annual Meeting Portal launches at the same time Annual Meeting registration opens. The Annual Meeting Portal and MyASTROapp enable attendees to search sessions, abstracts and exhibitors. Rotating ads are featured on both platforms, providing your company a great opportunity to reach attendees in advance of the meeting as well as throughout the meeting. Each display links to the website of your company’s choice and will include post-meeting analytic data.

Three issues will be published during the meeting on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, October 1, 2, and 3. These oversized, full-color publications are distributed on site to attendees of the Annual Meeting. These newspapers include day-by-day schedules, meeting highlights and important ASTRO and radiation oncology news.
Links to PDFs of each edition with ads hyperlinked to the website of your choice are also sent to the entire ASTRO membership and all meeting attendees each morning (digital distribution averaging 14,000 to 17,000). The electronic PDFs have an average open rate of 42% and are also posted on ASTRO’s website, giving you even more ad visibility during and after the Annual Meeting

This email newsletter, sent each morning of the Annual Meeting (Sunday - Wednesday, with a wrap-up Thursday), is a must-read for attendees. The Daily News includes information on the day’s events, brief recaps of the previous day’s events and expert commentary on research from the meeting.
