Yes. For those who are unable to travel to Phoenix for the 2022 Multidisciplinary Head and Neck Cancer Symposium, you can register for the Live Virtual Symposium until 6:50 a.m. Mountain time on Thursday, February 24. Live content can be accessed on the Multidisciplinary Head and Neck Cancers Symposium website during the dates and hours of the in-person symposium.
Access the Live Virtual Symposium is only available to those who register prior to 7:00 a.m. Mountain time February 24. Access is not transferrable. Access to the Live Virtual Symposium page will be available at 5:30 a.m. Mountain time on Thursday, February 24. If you have any issues logging in, first try using the login box located in the body of the page. If you continue to have login issues, contact us by phone at 703-502-1550.
You must be registered as a Live Virtual Symposium attendee in order to log in to the Live Virtual Symposium page. If you are registered and still unable to log into the page call 703-502-1550 or email meetings@astro.org.

Both in-person and virtual attendees can participate in Social Q&A.
In every session, attendees can use their own electronic devices (phone, tablet, laptop) to submit questions to the speakers and moderators. Attendees will be able to see the questions other attendees have asked and can up-vote questions that they want answered.
You can access the Social Q&A platform at www.astro.org/HNSocialQA. Navigate to the appropriate session and select the appropriate speaker from the given list when asking a question. You will also be able to answer any polls that the speakers may ask through this platform as well.

Abstracts for the 2022 Multidisciplinary Head and Neck Cancers Symposium will be available on the
Symposium website and the Conference Planner. Additionally, abstracts will be published in the April issue of the Red Journal (late-breakers will be published in the May issue of the Red Journal) future issue of the Red Journal. All abstracts are embargoed until 8:00 a.m. Mountain time on February 24.
Posters will be accessible in the
Virtual Poster Library, as well as on digital screens in the Exhibit Hall (Grand Canyon Ballroom 6-8). If you attend the meeting in person, be sure to stop by the Poster Sessions to hear the poster author present their research and ask questions. Poster Sessions are scheduled for the following times:

Breaks are a great time to stretch, check your email, if you are in person visit the Exhibit Hall in Grand Canyon Ballroom 6-8, if you are a virtual attendee visit the Virtual Exhibit Hall, or start a conversation on ROhub community.
ASTRO will be requiring all attendees and exhibit booth personnel to attest that they have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to receiving their badge and entering sessions.
All attendees and exhibitor booth personnel will be required to wear a mask while at the 2022 Multidisciplinary Head and Neck Cancers Symposium Sessions and Exhibit Hall, except when eating or presenting.
Attendees will notice updates in the seating layout or availability of seating so that individuals can maintain appropriate social distancing.
Signs will be posted to remind attendees about social distancing, including unique visual cues such as tape and floor decals throughout the meeting.
Hand sanitizer stations will be placed throughout the Exhibit Hall.
Session rooms will have more frequent cleaning in between sessions during breaks.
