Livestream

The Virtual Meeting provides access to most meeting sessions which will be livestreamed in real time October 22–26, 2022, 8:00 a.m.–6:15 p.m. Central time. Watch engaging sessions live with the opportunity to submit questions for presenters.

The Virtual Meeting offers 150+ hours of livestreamed content from the 2022 ASTRO Annual Meeting including:

  • Education Program – Sessions and panels, many of which are case-based.
    • Live SA-CME Sessions – Special sessions are designated as Self-Assessment CME (SA-CME) sessions for the American Board of Radiology’s (ABR) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program.
  • Scientific Program – Plenary, Clinical Trials and Science Highlights.
  • Cancer Breakthroughs – Brings together several medical societies in a collaborative effort to provide a summary of this year’s groundbreaking cancer studies.
  • Presidential Symposium – Highlights the meeting theme of AI and EI: Caring for the Patient in a Wireless World. 
  • Keynote Speakers – Ruha Benjamin, PhD, Professor, Department of African American Studies, Director of Graduate Affairs, Princeton University and Richard Deming, MD, Medical Director at MercyOne Des Moines Cancer Center will share their vision beyond the specialty of radiation oncology to inform about the bigger picture of the rapidly changing health care environment. 
  • Practical Radiation Oncology (PRO) Program – Two-day program specifically designed for the community practice radiation oncologist with disease site reviews, interactive case-based discussions and a coding update.
  • Storytelling – Interesting and compelling stories from those affected by cancer and experts in the field of treating cancer, who reflect on their experiences touching on policy, engagement, adverse experiences, triumph and diversity and inclusion.
  • Association of Residents in Radiation Oncology (ARRO) Annual Seminar – Dynamic and engaging half-day program with session topics such as ACGME update and the ever popular Jobs Panel.

Meeting onDemand

All livestreamed meeting content will be recorded and made available on demand. Each session recording will be available within 24 hours of the end of the session. Access the recordings and claim corresponding CME credit until June 1, 2023.
