We understand there may be a need for additional space conveniently located on the Exhibit Hall show floor to meet with clients or simply provide a place for your staff to grab lunch. To help meet this need, we are pleased to offer a variety of suite options in the Exhibit Hall. Select the suite of your choice from the options listed below.

ASTRO Premium Designer Executive Suite

• 16 ft. x 26 ft. Semi-private drape enclosed space
• One board table with seating for 10 people
• Two 5-amp electrical outlets
• One company sign outside of the suite
• Standard carpet
• Access to suite Sunday – Tuesday during show hours

Large ASTRO Executive Suite

• 16 ft. x 26 ft. Semi-private drape enclosed space
• Two tables with seating for 16 people total
• Two 5-amp electrical outlets
• One company sign outside of the suite
• White table linen to be replaced daily
• Standard carpet
• Access to suite Sunday – Tuesday during show hours

Medium ASTRO Executive Suite

• 16 ft. x 16 ft. Semi-private drape enclosed space
• One sofa
• Two club chairs
• One cocktail table
• Two 5-amp electrical outlets
• One company sign outside of the suite
• Standard carpet
• Access to suite Sunday – Tuesday during show hours

Small ASTRO Executive Suite

• 16 ft. x 16 ft. Semi-private drape enclosed space
• One table with seating for 8 people
• One 5-amp electrical outlets
• One company sign outside of the suite
• White table linen to be replaced daily
• Standard carpet
