* Individuals with an Exhibitor or Exhibitor Full Conference badge may gain early access to the Exhibit Hall at 7:00 a.m. on Sunday, October 23 and 8:00 a.m. on Monday, October 24 and Tuesday, October 25.
Move-in Schedule
ASTRO follows a targeted move-in schedule. Your targeted move-in date and time is based on your booth's location in the Exhibit Hall. Please refer to the Targeted Floor Plan for your company's specific date and time.
Your target assignment is designed to be the point at which direct deliveries may begin checking in at the Marshaling Yard. It is not the point at which at which booth setup should be scheduled. It is recommended that you schedule installation labor to begin after your inbound target assignment.
Below are the installation setup hours. However, please be sure to refer to the Targeted Floor Plan to confirm the date and time at which you will have access to your booth for setup.

Request for Variance to Assigned Target Time
If you would like to request that your company move in at a different time, please complete and submit the Request for Variance to Assigned Target Time Form. This form must be received by September 19, 2022, in order to be considered. All requests will be reviewed after this deadline and you will be contacted with the appropriate approval if request is granted.
After-Hours Exhibit Hall Access
Exhibitors requiring additional time for booth installation outside of the established move-in hours may request permission from ASTRO Show Management for after-hours access to the Exhibit Hall for booth setup. Learn more about after-hours Exhibit Hall access.
