eContouring Sessions
Saturday, October 23 - Tuesday, October 26
The eContouring sessions are designed to provide crucial contouring education and experience. Attendees will have an opportunity to learn about and practice issues such as target delineation, quality assurance and accuracy.
These sessions will be presented online as part of the Digital XP Platform during their scheduled times. All eContouring sessions will be presented as live webinars with live Q&A via the Digital XP Platform and will not be held in-person in Chicago. Live meeting attendees can still register and participate, but will need to do so from their own computer and location.
The 2021 ASTRO Annual Meeting eContouring sessions are available to both Live and Digital XP Meeting registrants and may be added to registration as a Ticketed Event.
Accessing the eContouring Session Homework
- Log in to the ASTRO Academy with your astro.org user id and password
- Click on My Activities --> Pending activities
- Click on the AM2021 eContouring session you registered for
- Click on Take Course and use the instructions, case descriptions and homework slice list to complete the practice contours
While completion of the session homework/practice cases is not required to attend the live session, you are encouraged to complete it as it will enhance your experience during the session.
Accessing the Live Session During the Annual Meeting, October 23-27
- Go to the Digital XP at https://astro.pathable.co/
- Log in with your astro.org user id and password
- If you have not added the session to your My Schedule, you can find the session in the Agenda under the Learn menu
- Please log in a few minutes prior to the session start in case you need to do a system check

- Practice cases with the ability to compare your contours to the expert faculty.
- Live webinar with Q&A.
- Webinar recording.
- Access to the practice cases for one year.
- CME and PQI credits.
The practice cases and contours for the 2021 Annual Meeting eContouring Program Sessions will be available approximately two weeks before the live event.
