The Practical Radiation Oncology (PRO) Program, is a two-day program specifically designed for the community practice radiation oncologist. This program is held Saturday and Sunday to allow for doctors unable to leave their practice for a week to attend the premier scientific radiation oncology event. Program content is curated to keep in mind the ins and outs of a community practice and will include disease site reviews, interactive case-based discussions, a coding update and a scientific overview.
Registration includes the following:
- Access to PRO Program held on Saturday and Sunday.
- PRO Program Networking Reception on Saturday.
- Admission to in person ASTRO sessions on Saturday and Sunday only.
- Exhibit Hall access on Sunday only.
- Ability to add in person ticketed events for Saturday and Sunday.

If you would like to attend events on Saturday, you must register for those events separately; it will not count against your one-day registration. If you would like to attend more than one day of the meeting (exception of Saturday), you must register at the Full Conference rate. For those Saturday one-day registrant who would like to add the Practical Radiation Oncology (PRO) Program to your registration, you will need to pay the PRO Weekend rates.
One Day registration does NOT include the onDemand product, ASTRO Digital XP or PRO program access. You may add the onDemand product to your registration during the online registration process at the non attendee rate. However, you cannot add ASTRO Digital XP during the online registration process. If you would like to attend the PRO Program, you can register for the PRO Weekend or one of the Full Conference packages for access.

ASTRO offers registration discounts to ASRT and SROA registered attendees who would like to attend the education and scientific program of the ASTRO Annual Meeting. To receive these reduced rates, you must provide the registration confirmation number received from ASRT or SROA when you registered.
In addition, all ASRT and SROA attendees receive FREE admission and will be registered for the ASTRO Exhibit Hall. New this year, ASRT and SROA attendees must wear an ASTRO issued badge to visit the ASTRO Exhibit Hall. For the health and safety of all registrants, ASRT and SROA attendees are required to acknowledge ASTRO’s COVID-19 Assumption of Risk, Waiver and Compliance Commitment and Attendee Policies to obtain their complimentary badge. ASRT and SROA attendees may provide their consent to ASTRO’s COVID-19 waiver and pick up their badge on-site at ASTRO Registration, located outside of Halls F1 and F2 at McCormick Place West.
Please note that Exhibit Hall Only registration does NOT provide access to the in person ASTRO sessions or ticketed events, onDemand or ASTRO Digital XP sessions or events. ASRT and SROA registered conference attendees will need to register for one of the ASTRO Full Conference packages to have access.

This registration does not include access to in person ASTRO sessions or ticketed events. Spouse/Guest registrants are not eligible for continuing medical educational credits. Only full conference attendees are eligible to register one Spouse/Guest.
IMPORTANT! In order for Spouse/Guest to attend the Annual Meeting and receive a meeting badge they will need to provide consent to our COVID-19 Assumption Of Risk, Waiver And Compliance Commitment Form. Download the form.
This form can be emailed to astroregistration@spargoinc.com, faxed to 703-574-8332 or brought with them on-site to registration.
Full conference attendees cannot pick up the badge or meetings materials for their Spouse/Guest, the Spouse/Guest must come to registration onsite to pick up their own badge and meeting materials.
