All New Digital XP Program Offers Exciting Advertising Opportunity - $7,000 per ad

One of the exciting new offerings this year is the Digital XP Program. A new addition to all meeting attendee registrations, the Digital XP Program includes live interactive sessions, prerecorded sessions with Live Q&A and onDemand content. This includes nearly 50 hours of carefully curated content to compliment the ASTRO Annual Meeting with 30 hours of original content included.

This new sponsorship offers up to five companies the opportunity to feature their artwork prominently on the platform. The ads will rotate as soon as the Digital XP Program is launched on October 8 until November 30, 2021. Contact Kathy Peters to secure your placement in this exciting offering.

Industry-Expert Theater

Showcase your company’s newest products and services to a dedicated audience with ASTRO’s Industry-Expert Theater. ASTRO has created two venues in the Exhibit Hall where you can hold live presentations during one-hour long timeslots Sunday-Tuesday.

The Industry-Expert Theater is a “plug-and-play” operation. You provide the speaker(s), and the speaker(s) bring their presentations on a flash drive. ASTRO provides the venue with theater seating and a complete AV package including one on-site technician. Exhibit Hall locations will receive recordings of their presentations approximately three weeks post meeting.

ARRO/Resident Program - $20,000 - SOLD

Support the future of radiation oncology by becoming a proud sponsor of the ARRO Annual Meeting program. The Association of Residents in Radiation Oncology is made up of more than 500 Members-in-Training who are part of the greater ASTRO membership. The program consists of a daylong seminar, two luncheons and a reception. Sponsors will be offered a tabletop exhibit outside events, slide recognition during meeting breaks and will be listed on promotional materials and announcements.
