McCormick Place ASUV Program

McCormick Place allows exhibitors to unload and load small privately-owned vehicles without hiring labor at designated areas in the building. The determined hours for the ASTRO Annual Meeting are as follows:

Friday, October 22, 2021
8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Saturday, October 23, 2021
8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Tuesday, October 26, 2021
5:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
