After-Hours Exhibit Hall Access
Exhibitors requiring additional time for booth
installation outside of the established move-in hours may request permission from ASTRO Show Management for after-hours access to the Exhibit Hall for booth setup. After-hours access is defined as booth setup that takes place during the following hours:

To request after-hours access, you must submit your request via the
online submission process via the Exhibitor Resource Center. You will also be required to upload the
"Addendum Regarding After-Hours Access to the 2021 Annual Meeting Exhibitor Rules, Regulations and Policies" and your certificate of insurance. Requests must be received at least 24 hours in advance of the first day requested for after-hours access.
After-hours access will only be approved once the Addendum Regarding After-Hours Access has been countersigned by ASTRO and exhibitor's valid certificate of insurance has been received by ASTRO Show Management.
Exhibitor will be responsible for all costs associated with after-hours access to include but not limited to first aid coverage, security, union steward and worker(s), GES representative(s) and other related expenses to secure and maintain the safety of all individuals and property in the Exhibit Hall during after-hours access times.
