Advance Shipments to Warehouse

If you are planning to ship your booth materials to the advance warehouse, your shipment should arrive on or between the business days of Monday, September 20, 2021 – Wednesday, October 13, 2021. Drivers must check in by 2:00 p.m. to be guaranteed same day unloading. Warehouse receiving hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. The GES warehouse will be CLOSED 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. daily and on government holidays. Please note that certified weight tickets are required for all shipments.

Important Notice for Shipping Hanging Signs

All hanging signs should be shipped to the advance warehouse. In order to receive discount pricing, hanging signs must be received between Monday, September 20, 2021 – Wednesday, October 13, 2021. Please ship all hanging signs in a separate container.

ASTRO follows a targeted move-in schedule. Your targeted move-in date and time is based on your booth’s location in the Exhibit Hall. Please refer to the Targeted Floor Plan for your company’s specific date and time. Your targeted move-in assignment is designed to be an estimate for when materials will begin load-in and is not intended as a start time for booth labor.
