Exhibitor Bistro
New this year, ASTRO is offering an Exhibitor Bistro and Lounge area conveniently located in the Exhibit Hall. Exhibitors may select to purchase individual buffet lunch tickets or to reserve a full table. The Exhibitor Bistro provides a comfortable place to eat, relax and network with colleagues and clients away from the booth.
The Exhibitor Bistro is offered within the Exhibitor Lounge (located in the back of Hall F1). While the Exhibitor Bistro will only serve meals 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m., the Exhibitor Lounge will be open during show hours Sunday, October 24 - Tuesday, October 26.
Pricing
- Individual Buffet Lunch Tickets: $25/ticket
- Daily Table Reservation (Includes 5 buffet lunch tickets): $400/day

Cancellation Policy and Credit Card Payment
ASTRO requires payment in full no later than October 13, 2021. Exhibitor may cancel without penalty provided written notification is received via email at
meetings@astro.org on or before October 13, 2021. If written notification is not received by this date, exhibitor will be financially responsible for the Exhibitor Bistro Lunch Tickets or Table Reservations. Failure to make payment does not release exhibitor from its contractual obligations.
Credit card payment is the only payment accepted. An invoice will be issued to the contact email address included on each form. Instructions will be provided for online payment. Payment is due upon receipt.
