Segment Description:
This segment is designed to explore the scope of the access disparity problem and current long and short-term initiatives. Discussion will center around the GTFRCC recommendations and how they mesh with the objectives of the IAEA and the work of GIRO. Closer to home, this segment will explore a successful domestic program focused on rural health and will conclude with an assessment of the challenges of treating the urban poor.

Segment Description:
